Hostel "Factory": industrial style in harmony with nature

Discover a new format of recreation — the hostel "Factory", which opened in 2026 on the territory of a former pilot plant, just 2 km from the city. We have preserved the spirit of the place, turning the industrial heritage into a space for a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Location with character. Former factory workshops and administrative buildings have become cozy rooms and public areas. There is a green area with century—old trees and silence, which is disturbed only by the rustle of foliage. The perfect combination of urban aesthetics and nature.

The numbers are in different formats. Choose between shared rooms for 3-5 people and individual capsule rooms with individual lighting and sockets.

Free parking, contactless reception.

The territory is under video surveillance, electronic locks in the rooms, fire alarm system.

Things to do nearby:

have a picnic in the barbecue area on site;

visit the karaoke club located on the ground floor of the main building;

try local dumplings and dumplings in the dining room next to the hostel;

get to the city center in 15 minutes by taxi and visit the main attractions of the city.

Terms of stay

Online registration only. All bookings are accepted exclusively through the official website of the hostel.

Contactless settlement. After confirming your reservation, you will receive:

electronic key for access to the building and room (sent on the day of arrival);

detailed instructions on how to check in and use the hostel's infrastructure;

When booking rooms of the "Standard" category, please note:

Noisy events (karaoke club, theme parties, concerts of local bands) are held on the territory of the main building from Thursday to Saturday;

The noise level on these days may be higher than usual, especially in the evening (after 20:00);

If you prefer peace and quiet, we recommend choosing the dates of your stay from Sunday to Wednesday.

Cancellation policy

To book a room at the hostel "Factory", follow the simple instructions:

Step 1. Fill out the online registration form

Go to the booking page on our official website and fill out the electronic form. You must specify in the form:

Full name of all guests (if you book multiple seats);

arrival and departure dates;

room category (choose the appropriate option from the available ones);

number of guests;

contact phone number for feedback (required — you will receive a booking confirmation and important notifications);

email address (a receipt and detailed booking information will be sent to it).

Step 2. Check the data and select the terms of the tariff

Please check carefully before paying:

the correctness of the specified dates of residence;

number of guests and room type;

the terms of the selected fare (including the cancellation and modification rules).

Please note:

When booking Standard rooms, please note that noisy events (parties, concerts, etc.) can take place on the premises from Thursday to Saturday.;

If you prefer quiet, choose dates from Sunday to Wednesday or consider rooms with improved sound insulation (if available).

Step 3. Pay for the booking

After confirming the details, select the payment method and make the payment.:
